1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Total14.com ("Website," "Platform," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"). Total14 is a community-driven platform for football tactics discussion and analysis.

This Platform is owned and operated by Sksenq LLC, a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Armenia. Our corporate website is sksenq.com.

By accessing or using Total14.com, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the Platform or email.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Platform.
• If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm you have parental or guardian consent.
• By creating an account or using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Description of Service

Total14 provides a community platform for football tactics discussion, tactical analysis, editorial content, and football philosophy. Features may include forums, user-generated posts, tactical diagrams, embedded media, and community interaction tools.

3.1 No Affiliation Disclaimer

Total14 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Johan Cruyff's estate, the Johan Cruyff Foundation, the Johan Cruyff Institute, FC Barcelona, Ajax Amsterdam, the Royal Dutch Football Association (KNVB), or any football club, league, federation, or governing body. The name "Total14" is inspired by the concept of Total Football and is used as a tribute to football philosophy. References to players, managers, clubs, and tactical concepts throughout the Platform are for editorial, educational, and discussion purposes only.

3.2 No Professional Advice

All tactical analysis, opinions, and discussions on Total14 are for informational and entertainment purposes only. Content on this Platform does not constitute professional coaching, training, sports science, or medical advice. Always consult qualified professionals for such matters.

4. User Accounts

4.1 You may need to register for an account to access community features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4.2 You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the security of your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4.3 One account per person. You may not create duplicate, fake, or misleading accounts.

4.4 We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

5. User-Generated Content (UGC)

5.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of content you submit ("User Content"), including posts, comments, analyses, diagrams, images you created, and other contributions.

5.2 License Grant

By posting User Content, you grant Sksenq LLC and Total14 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative works from your User Content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Platform. This license survives account deletion for content already distributed or cached, but we will make reasonable efforts to remove your content upon request.

5.3 Your Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to submit your content.
• Your content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Your content is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Your content does not contain viruses, malware, or harmful code.

5.4 Prohibited Content

You may not post content that:

• Reproduces copyrighted match footage, broadcast screenshots, photographs, or articles without proper authorization or rights.
• Infringes trademarks, copyrights, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
• Contains hate speech, harassment, threats, discrimination, or incitement to violence.
• Contains personal or private information of any person without their consent.
• Impersonates any individual, organization, or entity.
• Constitutes spam, commercial solicitation, or pyramid schemes.
• Promotes illegal activities or violates any applicable law.
• Attempts to manipulate, exploit, or disrupt the Platform or its users.

5.5 Content Moderation

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, review, edit, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion, for any reason, without prior notice. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of User Content.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Total14 Property

The Total14 name, logo, website design, original editorial content, and all associated branding are the intellectual property of Sksenq LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our branding or original content without prior written permission.

6.2 Third-Party Trademarks and Logos

Football club names, logos, crests, league names, competition names, player names, and related marks referenced on this Platform are trademarks of their respective owners. Club logos and team crests are displayed solely for identification and descriptive purposes within an editorial context. Their use on Total14 is strictly for editorial, informational, and commentary purposes and does not imply affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship. If any rights holder objects to the use of their marks on this Platform, we will promptly address the matter upon receiving a valid notice at legal@sksenq.com.

6.3 Embedded Third-Party Images

Images displayed on Total14 may be embedded from third-party providers, including Getty Images, using their official embed functionality. These images:

• Remain the property of their respective copyright holders.
• Are displayed in accordance with the provider's embed terms of use.
• Are not hosted, stored, or claimed as owned by Total14.
• May not be downloaded, copied, or redistributed by users from this Platform.

6.4 Fair Use and Commentary

Total14 operates as an editorial and community discussion platform. References to copyrighted works, public figures, and trademarked entities are made under applicable fair use, fair dealing, and commentary principles.

7. Copyright Complaints (DMCA / Takedown Requests)

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on Total14 infringes your copyright, submit a written notice to:

Your notice must include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
2. Identification of the material on Total14 that you claim is infringing, with a URL or sufficient detail to locate it.
3. Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We will respond to valid notices in accordance with applicable law, including the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent international frameworks.

Counter-Notification: If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the same email address containing the information required under the DMCA or applicable law.

8. Third-Party Services

Total14 integrates with or utilizes the following categories of third-party services:

• API-Football (api-football.com) — Football data, match fixtures, scores, and team logos, subject to API-Football's Terms of Service. Logos and images provided through this service are used solely for identification and descriptive purposes.
• Getty Images — Embedded images, subject to Getty's Embed Terms of Use.
• Analytics providers — Website usage statistics and performance monitoring.
• Authentication services — If third-party login (e.g., Google, social media) is offered.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — Cloud hosting and data storage infrastructure.
• Content delivery networks (CDN) — Performance optimization.

Your use of the Platform may involve interaction with these third-party services, each governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services' content, practices, or availability.

9. Prohibited Conduct

When using Total14, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other accounts, or related systems.
• Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated tools to access or collect data from the Platform without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation, servers, or networks.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security features.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
• Harvest or collect other users' personal information.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Platform.

10. Disclaimers

10.1 The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10.2 We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or harmful components.

10.3 We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any User Content or third-party content.

10.4 We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any User Content, third-party content, products, or services referenced on the Platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

11.1 Sksenq LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
• Any User Content posted or made available through the Platform.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

11.2 In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars (USD $100) or the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11.3 Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sksenq LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Platform.
• Your User Content.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third party's rights, including intellectual property rights.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia.

13.3 Notwithstanding the above, you agree that Sksenq LLC may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.

13.4 If you are a consumer in the European Union, you retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence in addition to the courts of Armenia, and nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory statutory rights under EU consumer protection law.

14. Termination

14.1 You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature (if available).

14.2 We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

14.3 Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to: Intellectual Property, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sksenq LLC regarding the Platform.

15.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

15.4 Assignment. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction. You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.

15.5 Force Majeure. We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemic, government actions, or internet or infrastructure failures.
